Billing

You pay two kinds of bill. Zivooo charges $10 a domain a month, or $110 a domain a year, for the platform. The work itself (writing, search data and images) runs on your own Anthropic, DataForSEO and FAL.ai accounts, and each provider bills you directly for what it used. Set up your keys explains how to add them.

The free trial

• Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with one domain. No card is needed.
• During the trial everything works: brand knowledge, a content plan, articles, research, audits and tracking, all on your keys.
• To keep going after the trial, or to add a second website, subscribe on Settings → Billing.
• If you subscribe during the trial, you keep the days you have left: the first charge waits until the trial's last day.

When a trial ends without a subscription, the work pauses. Nothing new starts, but everything stays readable and published posts stay up. Subscribe and it starts again where it left off.

Domains

A domain is one live website in your account. Pay for as many as you need, and add or remove them any time on the Billing page.

• Subscribe: choose the number of domains and monthly or yearly, then pay by card through Stripe. Every charge gets an invoice.
• Add or remove domains: on the Billing page, pick the new number of websites and you see what is charged today before you confirm. Domains you add are charged now for the rest of the billing period, prorated, then at the usual price with your subscription.
• Switch to yearly: a monthly subscription can move to yearly billing on the Billing page. You see the charge before you confirm: the year for every domain, less the unused part of the current month. Yearly billing can't be switched back to monthly in the app.
• Fewer domains: you keep them until the end of the period you paid for, and the next bill is for the new number. Nothing is refunded for the days left.
• Swap websites: removing a website on Setup → Domains frees its domain for another one at no charge.
• More websites than domains: the newest websites over the count pause until you add a domain or remove a website.
• Only the account owner can subscribe, change the number of domains or cancel. Manage billing opens your card, invoices and cancellation.

Lifetime domains

Buy lifetime domains on Settings → Billing under Lifetime deal: pay once by card, and the domains are yours for life with nothing to renew. Buy a lifetime deal walks through it step by step. Packs:

• Buy as often as you like: every pack adds its domains to your account.
• Buying ends the trial, and any website paused for want of a domain starts again.
• Refunds: a refunded pack's domains are removed from your account.
• Lifetime domains come on top of a subscription and are never charged. If you no longer need some paid domains, lower your plan with Downgrade.

If you bought Zivooo on AppSumo (packages of 1, 3, 5, 10 or 25 domains), redeem your code on Settings → Billing under Redeem an AppSumo code. Its domains are yours for life, with no card and nothing to renew, and redeeming ends the trial. Codes stack: redeem another to add its domains. Redeem an AppSumo code walks through it step by step. For more websites than your lifetime domains, subscribe for the extra ones; lifetime domains are never charged.

What runs on your keys

Every button that starts work shows what it should cost on your keys before you click it, such as Up to about $0.40 on your keys under a scheduled article. The figure is the top of a typical run, and most runs cost less. Typical costs:

Scheduled articles are written a day ahead at Anthropic's batch price, about half of the usual price.

The Your usage expenses card on the Billing page shows what your websites spent on your keys each month: the total, each service (Anthropic, DataForSEO and FAL.ai) and each website. Export any website's month as a CSV with a line per action. Each key also has a monthly limit you set on Settings → Account: work that needs a key pauses when it reaches its limit, until you raise it or the next month starts.

Fair use

Each domain has monthly caps on the heaviest work, such as 60 articles a month. The daily digest tells you when a website passes 80% of one. Fair use lists them all.

When a payment fails

If we can't charge your card, we email you and your work keeps running for 7 days while Stripe tries again. Update your card in Manage billing. If it still fails after that, your paid domains pause until a payment goes through.

Cancelling, and what happens to your data

• Cancel any time in Manage billing. Your domains keep working until the end of the period you paid for, then pause.
• An account with nothing paying (a trial that ended, a cancelled subscription, or lifetime domains taken back) keeps its data for 90 days. We email you before we delete it, and subscribing any time before then keeps everything.
• Posts already published on your website are never touched.
• You can also delete your account at once from Settings → Account.
