Getting started
From signing up to your first published article: add your brand knowledge, create a content plan, choose a schedule and connect your site.
Every new account starts with 1,000 free credits, with no card needed. That covers setting up your first website: its brand knowledge and content plan. Buy credits to keep articles coming. Credits explains how they're spent.
We send a verification email when you sign up. You can use Zivooo straight away, but verify your address so account emails reach you. If it didn't arrive, use Resend next to Verify your email at the top of the dashboard.
1. Add your brand knowledge
The first time you open the dashboard, Zivooo asks you to Tell us about your brand. Everything it writes for you builds on this, so it comes before anything else.
- 1Enter your brand name and website.
- 2Choose what kind of business it is: SaaS & Software, Product Website, E-commerce Store, Service & Agency, Authority Blog or Online Course.
- 3Add at least one competitor or similar website. Three or four give the clearest picture of your market.
- 4Click Save brand knowledge.
Zivooo then studies your website and your competitors to learn what you sell, who you sell to and how you sound. It usually takes 2 to 3 minutes, and you can close the window while it works. It uses about 186 credits, and you're only charged what it really uses.
When it's ready, open Review brand knowledge and check it. You can edit any of it later under Setup → Brand Knowledge, including your business and positioning, brand voice, profile links, products and pricing, landing pages, competitors and the style of the images we create.
2. Create your content plan
Once your brand knowledge is ready, click Create content plan in the Content automation card on Content Ops (or Set up automation on the dashboard). Zivooo finds the searches your customers make that you have a realistic chance to rank for, groups them into topics and puts them on a schedule.
- 1Choose a publishing schedule (you can change it any time).
- 2Check the estimate: the one time setup cost, what a month of articles takes, and how many articles your balance covers.
- 3Click Create plan. It usually takes 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4Open View content plan, look it over and add any keywords of your own with Add a keyword.
- 5Click Start content automation when you're happy with it.
Creating a plan uses about 743 credits, once per website. Nothing is written until you start automation. From the next day, each article is researched, written and optimized on its date.
3. Choose how often you publish
Your schedule is a number of articles every so many days: Weekly, Twice a week, Every 3 days, Daily, or a custom schedule of 1 to 3 articles every 1 to 30 days. Change it from Publishing schedule on Content Ops. Upcoming articles move to the new dates, and the picker shows what a month will cost and how many articles your balance covers.
4. Connect your website
Go to Setup → Publishing and connect where your articles should go. WordPress and Ghost publish hands-free. Developers can receive articles by webhook or fetch them from our API instead. Each website connects to one destination.
Until a site is connected, finished articles wait in Content Ops, and you can still read, edit and export them.
5. Decide whether you review each article
On Setup → Publishing, Review and approval settings sets what happens when an article is finished:
| Setting | What happens |
|---|---|
| Articles publish automatically (the default) | Each article waits for its date and goes live on its own. |
| You approve each article | We email you each draft. You read it, edit it if you like, and click Mark Reviewed to publish it. |
Articles you start from the Write page always wait for you, whichever you choose. Articles and the score covers the editor and what each status means.
6. Connect Search Console (recommended)
Connecting Google Search Console under Setup → Search Console shows your real clicks and impressions, finds new keywords from searches you already appear for, and lets Zivooo refresh an article when it drops in the rankings.
More websites
There is no limit on websites. Add one from Setup → Domains with Add a new website, or from the site menu at the top of the dashboard. Each website has its own brand knowledge, content plan, tracking and publishing, and sets itself up the same way, using about 186 credits for brand knowledge and about 743 for its content plan.
Your team
Invite teammates from Settings → Account with Invite teammates. There are no seat fees. Teammates work on every website and share the account's credits. Only the owner buys credits, manages billing, the Anthropic key and websites, and adds or removes teammates.
