Push articles directly into your Webflow CMS collection — go live immediately or stage them as drafts for review.

What you need

  • A Webflow site on a plan with CMS access
  • An API token with CMS Read & Write and Sites Read
  • A blog collection ready for posts

Generate an API token

  1. 1In Webflow, go to Settings → Apps & Integrations → API access.
  2. 2Generate an API token with CMS Read & Write and Sites Read permissions.
  3. 3Copy the token (shown once).

Connect in Zivooo

  1. 1Settings → Integrations → Connect on Webflow.
  2. 2Paste the API token and click Fetch sites.
  3. 3Pick your site, then the blog collection from the dropdowns.
  4. 4Choose a publish status (Publish immediately or Draft) and save.
Important

"Publish immediately" creates the item live on your site; "Draft" stages it in the CMS for review. Zivooo maps to standard blog field slugs (name, slug, post-body, meta-description) — custom field structures may need adjustment.
