Why does AI get my brand wrong?
It repeats what it read: an old pricing page, an outdated comparison, a review of an earlier version. Brand Truth finds which page says it.
Can you make ChatGPT change its answer?
Nobody can edit an AI answer directly. What changes answers is fixing the pages they cite and stating the right fact plainly on your own site, which is what Brand Truth gives you.
What does it check against?
Your Brand Knowledge: the business, products, features, integrations and pricing on file for your site, which you can edit.
Which questions does it ask?
Up to ten buyer questions filled in from your facts, like what you cost, whether there is a free plan, and you against a competitor. A question is left out when the fact it needs is missing. Add your own, up to 20.
How do I know it is not noise?
AI answers vary, so a fact seen once is only a sighting. It is confirmed once two engines say it, or it shows up in two checks.
How often does it run?
When you press Run check. Each check is compared with the ones before, so a wrong fact AI stops saying for two checks in a row shows as fixed.
How much does it cost?
